Yes. The calendar checks the booking schedule. If someone takes a date while you complete the form, we will ask you to choose another date before confirming.
The website places a tentative hold on the date. Our team confirms the final price, time, route, and details over WhatsApp before requesting the deposit.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm. The remaining balance must be paid five days before the event.
You may cancel without penalty up to ten days before the event. After that deadline, a partial 25% refund applies.
Yes. You may reschedule to preserve the amount already paid, subject to availability on the new date.
Yes. After you book the date, we discuss what you want to see and experience and prepare a proposal around your group.
